McLean, Virginia – SOAR Community Network has announced the acquisition of Successful Culture International, a globally recognized leader in corporate culture consulting and the creator of the Successful Culture Advanced Leadership Education (SCALE) Academy. The company will retain the name of SOAR Community Network and will continue to operate under the same leadership team, SOAR co-founders Mali Phonpadith and Victor Cora Nazario. SCI co-founders Marissa Levin and Jennifer Brown will join the SOAR leadership team as VP of Strategy and VP of Organizational Development, respectively.
“We are beyond thrilled to integrate our company into SOAR under the phenomenal leadership of Mali and Victor,” said Marissa Levin. “This union is so much more significant than a pure financial transaction. This is a marriage of two organizations that are aligned in purpose, values, and culture who share a passion for raising the consciousness of leaders and organizations so that all employees feel seen, heard, supported, valued, and aligned with a company’s values and mission. Our work in diversity, equity & inclusion, and our flagship SCALE Academy, perfectly align with the comprehensive suite of solutions that SOAR brings to the market. The integration of our programs positions SOAR to be a global leader in corporate culture, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging), conscious leadership, and ESG (environmental, social and governance) initiatives across government, private, and nonprofit sectors.”
“We’ve always had a mission of developing transcendent leaders who want to leave a lasting legacy and now we will be able to accelerate this mission, shaping healthier organizational leaders and cultures with our expanded team and additional learning program through our recently launched SOAR Academy and SOAR Nebula, our leadership resource hub for organizational change agents. To elevate our mission internationally has been a long-time goal, and now, a dream come true for SOAR. We feel profoundly grateful to Marissa and Jennifer for choosing SOAR as partners through this journey. We are now fully equipped to expand our impact on a global scale,” said Mali Phonpadith.
SOAR Community Network is committed to bringing our compassionate, cohesive, and collaborative (C3) culture-building model for human development and organizational change to companies, government agencies and nonprofits worldwide. SOAR’s approach and programs will guide individuals to become the best versions of themselves and empower them to embrace their roles as change agents who can shape the future of their workplaces, communities, and our society.
